Rock Star Mum Terms & Conditions

(aka the important stuff so we can all relax and have a bloody good time)

Booking & Payments

  • A $500 deposit is required to secure your spot

  • Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received

  • The remaining balance is split into two payments due on:

    • 5th May, 2026

    • 5th June, 2026

  • Full payment must be received before the event

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • If you cancel after paying your deposit, we’ll do our best to fill your spot

  • If your spot is filled, we may transfer your payment (minus admin costs)

  • If your spot is not filled, payments are forfeited

Basically: we’ll help where we can, but we can’t guarantee refunds

Transfers - name changes

  • You may transfer your booking to another person if you can’t attend

  • You are responsible for finding someone to take your place

  • All transfers must be approved by Rock Star Mum

What’s Included

Your package includes the inclusions listed on the event page.

Anything outside of those inclusions (extra drinks, personal purchases, travel to/from the location etc.) is your responsibility.

Travel & Insurance

  • Travel to and from the Hunter Valley is not included

  • We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance

Health & Responsibility

  • This is an adults-only event

  • You are responsible for your own health, wellbeing and personal choices (including alcohol consumption )

  • Please drink responsibly and look after yourself and others

Changes to the Event

Rock Star Mum reserves the right to:

  • Make minor changes to the itinerary if required

  • Substitute venues or inclusions where necessary

(We’ll always aim to keep things as fabulous as advertised)

Behaviour

This is a fun, inclusive environment.

  • Respect other guests

  • No aggressive or inappropriate behaviour

  • If someone is being a total twatwaffle, they may be asked to leave (no refunds)

Liability

By attending, you acknowledge:

  • You participate at your own risk

  • Rock Star Mum is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage during the event
